So, how do we define personality?
Simply put, personality is a sum of a person's characteristics. It shapes the quality of a person's unique character.
In a way, it tells you and other people around you what sort of things you like, you aspire, and you plan to do and other things that pertain to your wishes and interests.
Personality can also include how you react to certain things, people and events or even anything that had happened in the past. Those experiences, be they good or bad, can help shape your own self.
Some people may like you. Some people won't be fond of you. That is a reality. But should you care? Of course. You should - in a way. Although, you have no control of how others think and feel about you. You can’t force people to agree with you - all the time. But you can convince them – in some ways.
Some people close to your heart may believe in you - like your family, or anyone that you share your thoughts, may be your loving partner, or even a confidante or someone from your workplace.
But, then again, some people may react or respond to you that may not be favourable to you or not aligned with your expectations. Remember, you can only influence others up to a certain degree. What you could do best is look upon yourself. Think through the ways how other people responded to you. Then, you could decide what changes, if any, you are willing to do or how you want to improve on your personality. But, how does one achieve a radiant personality? How does one build enthusiasm?
