Canadian Author Releases Second Edition of the Book: How to Prepare to Own a Home in Canada, For Immigrants and First-time Buyers

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Dec. 14, 2021 -- Canadian Author Sheila Atienza announces the release of the second edition of (her personal finance and real estate book), “How to Prepare to Own a Home in Canada: Recession-proof Lifestyle for Immigrants and First-time Buyers.”

It has been ten years since she wrote the first edition of the said book. 

Many newcomers and immigrants in Canada have had the opportunity to check out the first edition of the book through their local libraries. It was also made available through many online bookstores.

The new edition features new topics relevant to the current economy. That would include: what to do as a new homeowner, what goals to plan, and how to attain and manage the overall personal financial health. 

Sheila says, “The book can be a practical reference for any newcomer preparing to enter the challenging housing market.”
